Scott Hanselman Developer productivity part 4: Code Rush and more
Last night we posted part 4, the final segment, of Scott Hanselman's video series from the beantown.net user group. But you may already know that because I'm not exactly sir speedy when it comes to blogging and Scott's fans are attentive and smart. The blogger over at Development Odyssey already is spreading the word.
So, what's in part 4 of the video? On the surface, it's a Q&A session at the end of the presentation, and Scott's going to answer questions about any of the tools he covered or any on the Ultimate Tools list he didn't talk about. But he ends up spending most of the time, about 15 minutes, discussing the Visual Studio add-in Code Rush. Impressive.
The page with the video has the usual complete timeline for the videos. If you haven't yet seen the first 3 parts, there are links to all of them there too. BTW, Scott's most recent post today talks more about SlickRun and other program launching goodies to replace the start menu. He talked more about Slickrun and google desktop as program launchers in part 2 of the video series and he also mentions ActiveWords in this week's video number 4.
And if you are a Wrox author and have an upcoming presentation at a user group or a code camp, get in touch with me and let's make arrangements to record it and post it here on Wrox.com for the world to see. This is fun!
